2-Liter tin with 700g Butter Powder (63% Butter content) (Switzerland)
Vacuumed and sealed under protective atmosphere (INDOSA pro-Vac).
Incl. plastic lid for easy reclosing.

Applications: Very suitable as spread and to refine dishes (e.g. soups, risotto, pasta dishes, sauces etc.). Not suitable for frying!

Sensor technology:

• Appearance/color: whitish powder
• Texture/structure: fine powder, free flowing
• Smell/taste: pure butter aroma, slightly sweet

Simplest preparation: Stir 100g powder into 40ml water – ready!
